Does my insulin pen fit?

We have designed the DIAVY Pen & Needle Case that every common insulin pen fits. You re more welcome to contact us via mail or Instagram to get a detailed answer on your insulin pen model.

Is your Pen & Needle Case designed for a specific type of diabetes?

No, our Pen & Needle Case is designed for everyone who use (daily) an insulin pen.

How do I clean and care for my product?

Use a soft, damp cloth to clean your product. We do recommend NOT to use any cleaning or protecting agent. But, when using a cleaning or protecting agent, it is always best to test the product on a small, less visible section before using it on the entire product.

What's the delivery time?

Our delivery time can vary slightly depending on your location. Included in the below estimate is the processing time of up to three business days that our warehouse requires to process, pick, pack and prepare your order for shipping.

Our delivery time* is currently:

  • 2-10 business days for Europe
  • 2-4 business days for Germany
  • 5-14 business days for Great Britain & USA

As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation from us with details on how to track your order🌍 

Have in mind that business days are considered Monday till Friday as our warehouse does not work or process orders during the weekend.

*In periods with sales, special offers, launches, etc. the timeframe above may be extended with up to three more business days, meaning that it can take up to eight business days before your order is shipped.

Can I exchange my product into something else?

Unfortunately, we are not offering the opportunity to do exchanges at the moment. 

If you would like to return your order, you can do this through our return portal. Feel free to place a new order with the preferred product.

We're working on having this service available in the future, so check in on this article at a later date for any changes.

Warranty: Submit a claim

If your case is broken or damaged we'll need you to submit a warranty claim in order to evaluate whether the damage is covered by our warranty or not.

Please make sure you read the following as it's super important before submitting your form:

  • Make sure you have a valid proof of purchase (without this it's extremely difficult to process the claim systematically). The steps are explained in the form.
  • Please make sure to fill all fields completely.
  • If your warranty gets approved you will receive instructions about how to proceed with getting a replacement.
