die Nadel halten nicht in den dafür vorgesehenen Halterung und fallen raus beim öffnen
Hallo Wolfgang, vielen Dank für dein Feedback. Alle Nadeln werden mit Toleranzen produziert und sind nicht gleich groß. Versuche die Nadel mal mit dem Papier nach innen zur 'Rückwand' des halters reinzuschieben, das kann schon einen unterscheid beim halt machen.

I absolutely love this case I was always looking for needles in the bottom of my bag but with this it’s all to hand when I need it. Don’t think I could manage without it now.

Ist schön, leider brauche ich ein Hilfsmittel um die nadeln da raus zu bekommen. Die BD ultrafine 4mm sind etwas zu kurz.
Ein work-around ist es den Papierzipfel von der Seite zu lösen, sodass man die Nadel 'aufmachen' kann, wenn sie im Halter steckt. Danach beim benutzen einfach das Papier abziehen und die Nadel aufdrehen, während sie noch im Halter steckt.
Ist trotzdem notiert, danke für das Feedback :)

The Mounjaro pen and needles fit the case well and the case seems study enough so it will be useful when travelling.
As I am in the UK though, it took over a week to leave German customs from the point of dispatch by Diavy but that is perhaps a benefit of brexit!
The material seems robust and study but I would much prefer to have paid more and have the case made from aluminium to the same grade as my tablets travel organiser/dispenser.
Sorry that the shipping took so long, it is very rarely but can happen, that the orders to UK can be stuck in customs for some days.... Happy to hear that the case makes travelling with your Mounjaro Pen more safely.

Just received my new mounjaro pen holder in time for our recent holiday and it was exactly what I needed. Easy to fit in an overnight bag or even your pocket if required. Keeping the medication refrigerated in now much simpler and discrete. Great investment for my medicinal requirements.
The quality and design of the needles holder is superb. You will not want to put it down. Happy to support this company as it lives with its values.
Great product, keeps the pen safe and can be easily found. Also helps keep the pen at a reasonable temperature due to the design!
J’ai acheté l’étui pour mon traitement et j’en suis très satisfaite. La boîte est solide, rigide, ce qui permet de conserver le stylo au frigo en toute sécurité. Le pen est parfaitement maintenu et bien protégé, et on peut y ranger jusqu’à quatre aiguilles, ce qui est idéal pour partir sereinement sans devoir emporter plusieurs contenants. L’étui est à la fois pratique, esthétique et de très bonne qualité : il vaut clairement son prix.
Le seul petit bémol concerne la mini poubelle à aiguilles intégrée. Les aiguilles standards pour stylo utilisées en France ne rentrent malheureusement pas dedans – mais je reconnais que je n’ai pas vérifié avant l’achat. Ce qui m’a surtout surprise, c’est qu’on ne peut pas la vider : il faut en racheter une nouvelle une fois pleine. C’est un peu dommage, car elle est pourtant bien pensée, compacte et élégante. Une petite trappe pour la vider en pharmacie aurait été parfaite.
Malgré ce point, je recommande vivement ce produit pour sa qualité et sa praticité.
