Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
100-Day Return Policy
You have 100 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unworn, unused, and in original packaging,

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at Hello@diavycase.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label along with return instructions.
Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted, and shipping fees will not be refunded.
Return Shipping and Fees

Pre-paid return labels are provided only for approved returns.

If an item is not collected at the designated pickup location or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address and is returned to us (“return to sender”), we reserve the right to deduct the return shipping fee from your refund.

In such cases, if a new shipping attempt is requested, the customer may be responsible for the new shipping cost, even if the initial shipping was free.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at Hello@diavycase.com so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Used needle containers or any item that has come into contact with biological materials.

Custom or personalized items.

Hazardous materials (including used needles inside products).

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union – 100-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to a 100-day right of withdrawal, allowing you to cancel or return your order for any reason without justification.
The item must be returned in unused, unworn condition and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
