Shipping Locations & Delivery Times
We currently ship to Germany, the European Union (EU), and select non-EU countries including the United Kingdom (UK) and the United States (US).

Free Shipping on all orders over 49€.
Orders are shipped with tracked delivery.
Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days.
European Union (EU)
Tracked shipping on all orders.
Estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days.
Free Shipping on all orders over 49€.
United Kingdom (UK)
Tracked shipping.
Estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days.
Free Shipping on all orders over 45£.
United States (US)
Tracked shipping.
Estimated delivery time: 6–12 business days.
Please note: All delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and may vary due to customs delays, public holidays, or unforeseen events.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including a tracking number.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping is applied automatically.
Uncollected Parcels & Return to Sender
If a parcel is not delivered directly and the customer fails to collect it from the designated pickup location within the carrier's holding period:
The package will be returned to our headquarters.
The customer will be:
Charged for the re-shipment fee if a second delivery is requested.
Responsible for any return-to-sender fees imposed by the courier (e.g., DHL return fees).
Ineligible for a full refund unless the product is returned in its original condition, and a return has been requested in accordance with our Return Policy.
We are not liable for lost packages or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For non-EU deliveries, including to the UK and US, import duties, taxes, or customs charges may apply depending on your local regulations.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
The customer is responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance.
