J’ai acheté l’étui pour mon traitement et j’en suis très satisfaite. La boîte est solide, rigide, ce qui permet de conserver le stylo au frigo en toute sécurité. Le pen est parfaitement maintenu et bien protégé, et on peut y ranger jusqu’à quatre aiguilles, ce qui est idéal pour partir sereinement sans devoir emporter plusieurs contenants. L’étui est à la fois pratique, esthétique et de très bonne qualité : il vaut clairement son prix.
Le seul petit bémol concerne la mini poubelle à aiguilles intégrée. Les aiguilles standards pour stylo utilisées en France ne rentrent malheureusement pas dedans – mais je reconnais que je n’ai pas vérifié avant l’achat. Ce qui m’a surtout surprise, c’est qu’on ne peut pas la vider : il faut en racheter une nouvelle une fois pleine. C’est un peu dommage, car elle est pourtant bien pensée, compacte et élégante. Une petite trappe pour la vider en pharmacie aurait été parfaite.
Malgré ce point, je recommande vivement ce produit pour sa qualité et sa praticité.

I have been looking for something to store my insulin and needles in for the car and travel.I had been using zip lock bags and they are messy. Was going to buy a cigar case because it’s similar in size until I saw these cases on Tik Tok. I just received the 2 I ordered. They are perfect. Only comment for the maker is to add dimples or something on insulin pen side cap to more easily pull off cover. Thanks.

The two pen set is just perfect. Quality material that just feels 'right' to handle. Opening and closing the pen side is very satisfying... its precisioned fit. Needle holder so practical. You can also swap parts from the two pen set to change the look. Great purchase that gives protection to my life line.... how could you not protect your pens by not purchasing ....l Do it today.
Just bought hot pink and lilac Diavy cases on the special bundle offer. I love the bright colours and find the case brilliant for popping into a small bag when going out. Husband has blue and green which he likes as they slip easily into his pocket or golf bag. Very convenient as needles are stored in the case.
Looking forward to new designs, particularly if they produce a temperature controlled case!

The case doesn't support "safety needles" in the holder slots. Plus the slot in the mini used needle store also doesn't let you put safety needles in there either. Very disappointed. Can't use my Dialy without taking regular needles with me.
Would be better if there was an option to get a needle insert that supported larger needles.
