The case does not actively cool the insulin. Instead, it’s designed to insulate and maintain the temperature of pre-cooled insulin. Simply refrigerate the case and pen for 8–12 hours before use, it will then help keep your insulin cool for up to 5-6 hours* protecting it from heat while you’re on the go.

*when it's 26°C or above longer when it's colder.

The Mounjaro pen and needles fit the case well and the case seems study enough so it will be useful when travelling.

As I am in the UK though, it took over a week to leave German customs from the point of dispatch by Diavy but that is perhaps a benefit of brexit!

The material seems robust and study but I would much prefer to have paid more and have the case made from aluminium to the same grade as my tablets travel organiser/dispenser.

Sorry that the shipping took so long, it is very rarely but can happen, that the orders to UK can be stuck in customs for some days.... Happy to hear that the case makes travelling with your Mounjaro Pen more safely.

Sehr saubere und sichere Sache

Ich bin richtig begeistert das jetzt die Pens und auch gleich die Nadeln mal ordentlich verpackt sind. Ist alles gut verschlossen, geht nicht so leicht auf. Also kann man nichts verlieren. Perfekt. Finde die verschiedenen Farben super, so kann man ja nach PEN die Farbe auswählen und sieht schon von außen welcher es ist.

Bei der Gründung habe ich mir vorgenommen, dass ich lieber einmal den Preis erklären muss, als mich später für mangelnde Qualität rechtfertigen zu müssen. Alle Produkte sind so kalkuliert, dass sie langlebig sind und optimal schützen und ich denke, das war dir beim Kauf ebenfalls wichtig.
Trotzdem nehme ich dein Feedback ernst. Mit dem Wachstum des Unternehmens, größeren Stückzahlen und dadurch besseren Produktionspreisen werde ich die Preise regelmäßig prüfen und, wo möglich, anpassen.
